Geological Flexibility Policy
Trade247 Exchange provides flexibility to its employees, contractors or business partners as to their choice of work location and working hours; except in roles that require shift-based operational activity or physical presence at specific locations.
Background Checks Policy
Trade247 Exchange reserves the right to conduct background checks on all employees, contractors and business partners. These checks may include a verification of criminal records, a credit check and reference checks. Trade247 Exchange shall not be obliged to inform the candidates or employees the reasons for their failure to pass these checks. For example, we may receive a negative reference from a person you provided as reference who speaks to us on the condition of anonymity. This does not in any way restrict your rights under the relevant Data Protection regulation.
Code of Conduct
All employees must sign and abide by the code of conduct policy of Trade247 Exchange. Please note that employees must not undertake cryptotrading on the Trade247 Exchange. Please note Trade247 Exchange strictly forbids insider trading or other trade manipulation practices. The code of conduct includes an undertaking on observing strict confidentiality which shall be binding upon the employees even after the termination of their contract. Any employee found to violate the code of conduct policy shall face immediate dismissal and a strict disciplinary action.
